We will never sell your email address or personal information to third parties. We will never send you promotional content unrelated to SupportRoadmap.

Cookies & Local Progress Storage

Local storage for roadmap progress: Your learning progress (which checklist items you've completed) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.

If you clear your browser data or use a different device, your progress will reset. We do not sync progress across devices or require accounts to track your learning.

Essential cookies: We may use essential cookies for basic site functionality, but we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Our database provider for storing waitlist signups, roadmap suggestions, and contact messages. Supabase complies with GDPR and industry-standard security practices.
• Vercel: Our hosting provider. Vercel may collect basic server logs (IP addresses, request data) for security and performance monitoring.

We do not currently use analytics services like Google Analytics, but if we do in the future, we will update this policy and use privacy-focused options.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated:

• Waitlist data: Stored until the platform launches the features you signed up for, plus 30 days for follow-up communications
• Roadmap suggestions: Stored indefinitely to inform feature development, but can be deleted upon request
• Contact messages: Stored for 1 year after resolution for support history, then deleted

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: Request a copy of all personal information we have about you
• Request deletion: Ask us to permanently remove your data from our systems
• Correct inaccuracies: Update or correct any information you've provided
• Opt out of communications: Unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time
